Ashu Swami
Founder & CTO
Ashu Swami is a blockchain and infrastructure technology executive with deep expertise across Bitcoin mining, crypto exchanges, payments, blockchain protocols, and HPC infrastructure. He has served as CTO, GM, CEO, and CPO, conceiving and launching platforms including MARA Pool, Anduro,, Apifiny, SwapX and high-performance trading and payment systems. His experience also spans large-scale data center, energy, power, and advanced cooling infrastructure for Bitcoin mining and HPC. Swami is an inventor on 14 issued and pending patents across blockchain, exchange technology, and thermodynamics. He holds an MBA from Duke University and a BTech in CS from IIT Bombay.
Josh Li
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Josh is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer for BFT Era, where he leads the go to market teams. Josh was the Head of Google X for Asia Pacific, where he worked on “moonshot” technologies in energy and telecommunications. Then he was the Chief Operating Officer at a crypto exchange and a Defi cross-border payments company, and a Senior Director at a US public company, where he led the business for advanced datacenter infrastructure cooling. Currently, he is also a member of Architech March, which provides expert consulting, acceleration, resource connectivity, and business development support to Family Offices, emerging growth companies, and private capital firms. Josh focuses on AI Data Center Infrastructure, Deep Tech, Blockchain and RWA Tokenization projects. Josh has a BA degree in East Asian Studies from Harvard University and an MBA in Marketing from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.

With more than two decades of experience in fintech, payments, and blockchain architecture, Manjul has led the design of mission-critical platforms processing millions of secure transactions daily while maintaining high availability and resilience. His expertise spans Bitcoin Layer 2 networks, real-world asset tokenization, smart contracts, AI/ML-powered automation, and large-scale cloud-native systems, positioning him at the forefront of emerging financial technologies. Prior to founding his R&D venture, Manjul served in senior architecture and consulting roles at organizations including Marathon Digital Holdings and Chase Paymentech, where he contributed to high-volume payment gateways and blockchain innovation initiatives. He is recognized for combining deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive scalable innovation in decentralized finance and enterprise technology. His background in AI, cryptography, distributed systems, and financial technology continues to shape transformative solutions for the future of decentralized commerce.
